Just as Rochdale have done and they gave him a 3 Year Contract to get them into League One and by beating us he has started well - so the best of luck to him. He has a young squad apparently and that's his starting point - plus he's young himself. It's OK having experienced players as long as they are fit and well, but they also have to be chomping at the bit - which they were on Saturday. Our Players were chomping on the grass rather than the bit - for whatever reason. We have seen this before with MM in charge.
