The club(Family) should never put itself in the position of Mellon,or any manager for that matter, being one of the family!
Football managers have,for the most part,an ephemeral existence,and in a results business,they know they are only as good as the last game!
Mellon has enjoyed a good long tenure already,but present signs are very indifferent! I don’t think he will outlast a bad run in a very important season for OAFC.
