We wanted a creative midfield player and we have bought one. I’m only excited now about a new striker. One must be coming in now. We haven’t enough top L2 calibre at the moment. Generally I also wonder if there’s a game going on where agents want more than clubs can afford so for now the clubs are’nt paying. It’s like life where the car park fees have all gone up so the car parks are emptying as car owners have had enough (at least they are near me). Maybe the clubs are playing brinkmanship better than the agents?
