I am writing with regards to an innovative Kidsgrove Athletic are operating for away clubs of both Stoke City and Port Vale.
At the request of the Staffordshire Police Football Lason Officer we hosted Lincoln City supporters on the last day of the season. The trial fan zone proved to be a success for all. On the day we were pushed to the limit with some 800 Lincoln City supporters accending on us rather than the 200 booked in with us. However, it was a nice day, and everything went exceptionally well.
We are now carrying on the initiative. We provide both bar and breakfast / light bite facilities.
We provide entertainment in the form of a DJ or band and sky/TNT sports.
Coaches are parked by the ground.
The Ground is 5 minutes from the A500 that leads you to The Bet365 Stadium,
9.4 miles (25 minutes) from the Bet365 Stadium and 5.8 miles(15 minutes) from the M6 junction 16.
Far enough to avoid any potential incidents or refusals in the bars closer to the ground.
