I was quite surprised to see Tuchel leave out Cole Palmer.
Work rate is obviously important but he is creative and quick, and we will need creation to unlock good defences when we get to the later stages.
He may have had an average season but his Chelsea team have generally struggled, and who is to say he couldn't do it with better players in the England team?
England may still do well without him but I think he would have given us another dimension, so it's a mistake in my opinion.
