If Forest have broken the rules (again), then they will probably get what they deserve. Nothing to do with the PL trying to keep Spurs up. Why would they? Chelsea and Man City a different matter.

I don’t see Spurs needing to be artificially protected anyway. In the absence of any points deductions, I reckon West Ham are going down. Don’t expect them to get a single further point from their remaining games.
