1. Very best players in contract moving to large clubs with budgets better than ours
2 Good players looking for League 1 / highest L2 wages as a minimum and in contract
3 Good players out of contract who might be prepared to come down leagues above us but not prepared to compromise on wages
4 Promising Players moving up leagues or out of contract and looking for higher wages. Some risk as they might not be good enough.
5 Young players released by clubs looking for a fair wage but risky for the buying clubs as unproven
6 Older experienced out of contract players looking for a last hurrah and ready to compromise on wages.

We might have a shout at some in 3 but generally we are in 4 downwards. It’s what it is. We have to hope to get lucky and we have to keep pushing upwards.
