I doubt it would ever be in league 2 maybe the championship, it's to expensive the cost to each club would be around 300k to 500k then the league has to pay for hawkeye then clubs would need to pay maintenance every year. Some clubs this low down won't even have the right stadium for it. You need 7 special cameras in the goal then other cameras on the stadium. But never say never as technology gets better and cheaper.
