Without sounding prejudiced there must be some Rich Asians in the Owdham District as they arrived many years ago. Must also be some Rich people with businesses in and around Owdham that might not live in Owdham, but not too far away. But will they invest in the Latics if they are not providing Match Day Services? Leesfield Developments have grown with Latics, without Catering on Match Days etc.
