Joking apart BOS. I get it, life’s a struggle when you get older and some people have it harder than others. I’m lucky, I’ve worked in the building trade all my life and only have a few little problems compared to some.

Have you heard Spike Milligan’s poem about smiling? It’s quite good, Google it when you have 2 minutes to spare.
