In our Rule Book it states that any Member not living in the Oldham Area is not given any Penalty Points in the guise of Yellow and Red Cards and that instead he or she shall purchase The Chairman FREE Beverages prior to,during and after a Match - you can't miss it as it's printed in Bright Red on Page.2. The Rule Book was printed in 1901 and could do with a fresh reprint as mine has become very grubby.
