We aren’t privy to exactly what went on…MM said some time ago Fondop had one or two personal issues to deal with. He definitely wasn’t the same player as last season and clearly wasn’t enjoying his football.
MM took him out of the firing line for a while and he now appears to be near back to his best.
Without knowing all the facts, for me that would appear to be good management?
