I really don’t get this negativity towards Darren Royle. The club has improved massively due to his connections with the Rothwell family and subsequent appointment and without his input we probably wouldn’t have a club to support at all.
He is very approachable and I have had replies to several emails I have sent him, and always in a prompt and courteous manner.
He also has a meeting with OASF every month discussing just about anything and everything regarding current issues at the club both on and off the field.
