On paper I agree with ledger I have also said many times Mellon is doing this year's job which is keep us comfortably in this division.
On the other side we are generally awful too watch and seem to spend most games full out defending which as most of the posters agree is mind numbing too watch and isn't what they are paying hard earned money too see each week.
Hence the need for somebody more attack minded which I don't believe Mellon is.
