MM admitted he got it wrong and changed it. In fairness to him, he did say that he can’t pass the ball for them, he can’t run about and get involved for them. The players were bullied and lazy in the first half. Over the last few games we’ve missed two penalties, missed open goals on the goal line, let in two direct free kicks, played netball in the penalty box, waited for a clearance to go out of play when it didn’t and conceded a goal, lost possession all over the pitch without any effort to retrieve it. The players need to grow some. MM has had more success in his career than most of the players and there’s a reason for that.
