We won't go down but Mellon backers and the board need to understand that MM is not progressive and is devoid of how to improve a team.
He can bring in better players and hope they come up with individual moments of magic to win games, but Mellon's style is exactly the same as it was 3 years ago, and in all that time I have not seen us do one very good footballing move to remember.
He does not know how to break down opposition defences and is technically clueless.
Our battling spirit will keep us up this season but do we want to see another 2 years of this if he gets a new contract?
