Sheepfoot Lane is being dug up. The official car park doesn't allow the purchase of on the day parking'. I come in from the M627. Obviously there's the little park on Clayton Fields. What's the story parking in the Elk retail area? I have done it in the past. I'm just wondering if you need to pay, or worse if they ticket you. Thanks.
