Not sure about that now Pedders, Pete got rid of a future winning goal scorer at Wembley, then later signed Norwood who scrambled an equaliser for us in the same game.
Seriously though, if I had to choose, Pete Wild for me. I would like to think he would have treated Fondop better and probably got more out of him along with a better footballing team for us to watch week in week out, not just occasionally.
Don’t know how well he would have coped with the budget here though. 💙
