Never been to Goole RLFC - seems they have a decent side. As for Long nobody seems to know why he left. He did a good job but I suspect things are going on behind the scenes. The "unavailability" of BP doesn't phase me as I never liked the Yeds playing there - little atmosphere with only 2000 attendees. Much better at Stalybridge even though it will add another hour to my journey time. The Yeds not helping themselves this season with a change to Friday night home games. Who in their right mind would want that. Could be that the bubble created last season is very soon going to burst. At least I've seen the best of the club in years gone by - at 77 not much to look forward to.
