Isn't it strange Spurdle that we scored with headers for both goals and came very close with others. Just because Flint is playing does not mean he heads everything in the box or anywhere else on the pitch. Better players than him have still conceded from air crosses.
So our "hoofball" as you call it worked OK last night. The stats at all levels show if you put the ball in the oppos box, either on the deck or in the air 30 times in a match you score 3 goals.
