That’s a fair comment. I believe Mellon is only here for the money.
IMO he’s sticking with things that brought him success in the past because he feels secure. Tranmere fans, from what I’ve read, say similar stuff. Mellon is struggling to move on and(as his team selections suggests) he’s scared to death of losing.
We need a manager with balls, not a frightened rabbit in the headlights.
I’m convinced he’s holding the club back from better things.
PS. I’ll pay his taxi fare back to Bonny Scotland, in fact I’ll drive him there myself gladly.
