The likes of Man city ,lpool, Chelsea have scouts around the world recruiting the best young players that will go on to worth millions and be internationals, and the fact their u21's teams are in the competition, has made a mockery of it.
The competition is supposed to be for lower league clubs and that's why we don't care about it, because we have no chance of winning it.
