However,it's still not a great record and i'm not going to defend MM because his overall league record for us is poor.
My thought is that during the playoffs, MM threw caution to the wind as his swansong, and if it didn't work he would walk. fortunately, it did but he has now slumped back into the turgid footy that leaves us cold.
He gets the players pumped up to fight for the club and we will win a game here and there, but he is technically short and doesn't really know how to break down defences.
We won't go down because we have a good spirit but we are playing very average football.
