All well and good to have home grown talent but by the tone of some of the comments ( opinions) on the board certain posters expect the academy will provide the nucleus of the 1st team. Two questions I ask is how long do people think it will take and how many players will turn out to have the required skill level and strength to become professional footballers, we need players now.
