I think we are all missing the point with Tom's injury. It's not all down to his influence on the pitch but also off it as well. He is a very good leader as he showed in the play offs when not on the pitch. He is someone who (even at a young age) will make an excellent coach and manager. You do not cast him off. He can be used to huge effect on the touch line whilst recovering.
