The culture at the club at the moment leads me to believe that there is a “promote from within “ attitude which I applaud..If and when Mellon goes we will have a ready replacement from within the club who knows the structure , staff etc ..don’t know who ..Danny Philliskirk would be the one with a couple of years experience under his belt ..Pete Wild did a decent job and has done reasonably well at other clubs ..but I think the board will be looking at a potential prospect now from within ..the Liverpool way !
