I think MM went a bit early in some of his signings, in some way understandable due to finishing our season on 1st June.
Morris, Hawkes,Drummond are bang average.
Giving Garner a new contract, injured or not, was strange.
Clearly cannot offload the likes of Waters,Hammond and others mentioned.
Given that Chris Conn Clarke, Aaron mcgowan and Charlie McCann are currently free agents he's used up his numbers and budget on inferior players.
