The only reason Fondop is not scoring is because of Mellon BE, he thrives when given confidence and when the crowd gets behind him.
Mellon has openly lambasted Fondop. That’s no way to manage any player never mind your top striker.
As regards the other strikers, yes they don’t look up to standard but Mellon has to take his share of the blame for that too, he has reverted back to trying not to lose as opposed to trying to win.
He either lies or dosent know how to set up to win and just the same as last year we have injuries, well so dose every other team but they don’t use it as excuse every post match interview. I expect us to lose on Saturday, Pete Wild is pretty shrewd so I can see Norwood being used at some point.
Incidentally, my new blue and white neck brace is being delivered by Amazon in the next few days. It’s an annual contract until Mellon leaves.💙
