You are right, he has pace and he runs around a lot. But what’s he? Is he a striker - well, if he is, his shooting is very poor and can’t see him scoring many? Is he a winger - well, if he is, he needs to work on his crossing? Is he a wide midfield player - if he is, then he needs to work on his defensive play?

He should have taken several of the chances he has had and has failed to do so. I like his attitude - but my sister has a good attitude and I wouldn’t be advocating putting her in the starting eleven either!
