Other Clubs have 2-3-4 Fondops playing in different positions - even in the National League. Not sure how many times I've said it (and others) we need a very strong Bench, especially having only 22 man squad and nothing coming through the ranks. We can debate Managers and Coaches until eternity but once our 11 are on the Pitch it's game on time.
