He is history, gone, left the club, no longer our player like hundreds that have left. So what on earth has he got to do with how we play this season?
A Norwood and quigley partnership as you go on about, would have had to deal with exactly the same Mellon strategy which is currently hoof it up the pitch.
If he continues with that,we are going to be in for a long, uninspiring season. That 1980's strategy has been resigned to the history books by many forward thinking ,successful managers nowadays, and fans will only stand for so much of it.
