I take your point, but if someone had a word in his ear then surely he will continue as he left off because he has now brought in better Players and he knows what good is. As Hardwick so rightly says we cannot expect a great deal this Season and as long as we avoid relegation, who knows - Mellon might be replaced at the end of the Season.
