I forgot to mention that it is a likeable ailment,so Maybe I will just have to grin and bear it ,perhaps limiting it to once a day for life.

I realise that i'm still very lucky to not have been struck down with a life-destroying problem such as being a fan of one of the 2 big clubs down the road.
That must be horrid.
