Whichever system/supplier we are using for our tickets must be fired after this horrific cock-up. Why was it not tested beforehand - why did it not use the ST barcode like every other time you buy tickets?
I had researched where I wanted to sit and was refreshing from 11.30 to ensure I got on the booking system - in the end, my wife managed to get the tickets whilst I was still in the queue. No idea where we are sat but we have tickets!
So in the end, no communication from the club whatsoever - fans treated abysmally. What should have been an exciting fun experience of booking our Wembley tickets turned into a stressful and long waste of bl00dy time! Stood in a queue that I reckon I was still three hours away from being served - by the TWO people serving - to achieve nothing at all.
Totally livid!
