Mellon appears to hold personal grudges. The Reid situation supports that, then there are the rumours re' Waters. His job is to do the best for the club, not vent his anger on individual players.
My thought is, he put Reid into a team hoping he would make a mess of it, and have the crowd on his back. Am I right in thinking Reid does train with us, as Wealdstone are part time?
