I think Pedders has got it right. The main problem is Mellon.
As regards players Monthe if he can get over his injury even taking into account his age.
Raglan has done well on the whole.
Fondop for one last season.
Jez because he’s got pace and can be very good if he’s given a long run, with a bit of coaching.
Harret because he has shown glimpses of ability and looks a big strong lad.
I would keep Lundstram.
As for the rest of the midfielders I don’t think I’d bother with. No doubt under another manager some could show a marked improvement.
I don’t think any player, with the exception of Fondop has improved under Mellon.
We must have a full team and reserves of Mellons failures, it can’t be all down to the players.
