The opponents know who to mark and how to stop us playing so why can't we do the same? Head tennis is most often won by the tallest or he that jumps the highest. We need to stop players running past us with the Ball as Hardwick points out. We need players in key areas actively looking for a pass and who can do something positive with the Ball. No need for dodgy tackles that earn a Yellow/Red Card - use the brain you were born with.
