Speaking from Australia I don't get the impression of an NPA+ type, I'd probably go with N type or maybe NA- type.

I previously posted about opposition MP Tanya Plibersek where I thought she was a probable PA type. The MP she had the argument with, Craig Kelly (who since lost his seat but is contesting the upper house
as an independent in the upcoming New South Wales state election) strikes me as a probable NPA- type, given his noticeable verbal stumbles.
