The comment on hoarding disorder is interesting. I had noted hoarding disorder in N and NA types, but strangely enough in NP types as well. In the NP types the obsessive-compulsive need for hoarding and repetition can completely overwhelm the need for perfectionistic order inherent in the P trait, with the net result being disorganization, lack of cleanliness/hygiene etc., especially when the hoarding of animals is involved. I remember the case on an NP type (a man around 70 y/o) who delved into criminal behaviour, as his hoarding included a young woman whom he kidnapped and kept in a secret underground chamber. Interviewed, he denied any ill intent and claimed that "he had treated her very well".
