The Competition Winnnnnner, with a very creditable score of 8/12 was sable_nixe. Close behind in Second and Third place, with scores of 7/12 and 6/12, were Donna and Kassy.
But everyone put in a good effort, so all are eligible for the book prize.
The results:
1. Sandra Oh: NA
Not easy to judge, since she is very emotional, but I agreed with Donna that she is an NA type.
See video below, where we thought the gestalt and her speech pattern were typical NA, as well as the nail polish, the enormous dazzling ring on her left hand, and the multicolored pattern on her sofa.
2. Sacha Baron Cohen: NP
Ooops, no one agreed with me on this one. I had to look at other videos (see below, where he is interviewed by Steve Cobert). CeeLo and sable_nixe thought NPA+, but to me he has the typical NP physique (tall at 6-ft 3-in, angular facial features), and he did not have the intense, non-stop speech pattern off an NPA+ type. He seemed a very relaxed, nice guy, and I read that he is very aloof and protective of his private life.
3. Rihanna: NA
In addition, I considered N and NA− (she is known to have been battered by a boyfriend), but I agreed with sable_nixe that NA was the best fit. See the video below:
4. Austin Perkins: N
I agreed with Donna that N was the best fit. Three contestants thought that he had the A− trait, but I didn’t see it, as he was too smooth and full of himself. Also, at 0:45, he says that with 2400 eyes looking at him, “if you know me, it is like a dream come true…”
5. Jennifer Aniston: PA
I agreed with Ben here. We had evaluated her a few years ago, as a PA actress who attempts to mimic an N type with either a serious, pseudo-emotional or cutesy demeanor but does not attempt to smile (of course, she cannot).
6. Camila Cabello: NA
Here, I agreed with sable_nixe, Donna and Kassy. The red dress and cutesy demeanor might point to N type, but in other videos she appears to be NA (demeanor, voice intensity, speech pattern):
7. Michael Douglas: A (or PA).
Here, I agreed with sable_nixe, CeeLo and Kassy that he is non-sanguine. At a 5’10” height and an abrupt, snappish speech pattern, I chose A type.
8. Sean Connery: NPA−
Most contestants agreed with NPA− type… despite his being known mainly for playing the dashing James Bond in motion pictures. He does his best in accepting the award, but evidently he would rather be home in front of his fireplace.
9. Tana Mongeau: NA
With that yellow outfit, everyone agreed with NA here.
10. Jane Fonda: NA−
Everyone agreed with NA− or N. I went with NA−. In the video, she relies on a prepared text and is somewhat uncomfortable and halting in her delivery.
11. Robert De Niro: NPA+
Here, I agreed with sable_nixe and Kassy. Affable, forceful and capable of non-stop extemporaneous speech.
12. G-Man: PA (or A)
Everyone agreed that he was non-sanguine. I agreed with Donna that PA was a better choice: tall stature and a measured, calculating diction (except when annoyed). Of course, he is not a real person, though.
