At her “how dare you!” address at the U.N.’s Climate Action Summit in New York City, Greta spoke with unabashed directness. She has, after all, Asperger’s syndrome, characterized by a direct, honest, and determined speaking style, which is probably disconcerting to people. She has been described as having a remorseless focus on climate change. NP personality types are susceptible to the autism spectrum. Other indicators of why Greta might be an NP are Scandinavian ancestry, history of severe eating disorder and obsessive-compulsive thinking.
Might we consider her parents? Svante, her father, is an author and actor.
While he has a booming voice, there is also speech hesitancy and a “fidgeting demeanor”, touching his face, ears, head, putting his arms around himself. Towards the end of the video, he blushes in embarrassment as he stumbles over the words “live as you preach.”
Greta's mother, Malena Ernman is a mezzo-soprano opera singer.
The combination of NPA- type and N type, which I think Malena is, satisfies the genetic requirements for an NP offspring. Interestingly, Greta has a younger sister, also with obsessive-compulsive thinking and ADHD.
