Female, age 31 - 40. Episodes of rage
Computer output: NA type with low S score of 24. Very high temperament T, extroversion E score, aggression A and sanguinity/narcissism N scores. “?? Predisposition to impulse control disorder or ADHD”.
The subject indicated “rage disorder”, while the test indicated “impulse control disorder or ADHD”. Clearly, the two are related.
According to the NPA model, rage disorder should be classified according to N rage, A rage, combined NA rage, hence according to the NPA personality type of the individual. As things stand now in physiology, not only is the N rage not understood, curiously it remains unrecognized.
In our Russian series (7 subjects so far), all of the NPA test results for “rage disorder” have been NA or A type with a high mean T score of 40.
