The "CT/CC group" are the heterozygotes Gly/Ser plus the homozygotes Gly/Gly. Our hypothesis (DRD3 paper) was that Ser/Ser was a necessary (but not necessarily sufficient condition) for expression of the A or A− trait. So, for these results from India, one could posit that the CT/CC group was mostly N types, while the TT group mostly had the A− trait.
In our Polymorphic habitancy in the USA, it seems that most patients with Parkinson's had/have the A− trait, which could be silently carried in N and NP types.
