So, to answer your question, obviously not. If it was written materially different, it wouldn't be NPA theory. That's an easy simple softball question that answers itself. A willful incantation through deep impaction obviates the need for systematized vitiation.
Your post assumes a number of facts not in reality. For example, there is no evidence that Einstein discovered the theory of relativity. He could have very well CREATED the theory of relativity. Until somebody travels back in time, it's not clear whether he discovered anything about reality or just has a really terrific imagination. Just because you can demonstrate it mathetmatically means nothing...mathematics can demonstrate the existence of five million multiple universes existing simultaneously with others, doesn't make it true.
And by god, of course there are facts separate from the observer. It's called reality. Denial of that fits right alongside the denial of evolution. I mean, come on. Reality lives and breathes in each living thing. Shame on you for needing to ask that question. Marx thoroughly refuted Hegel's idealism. The sun rises each day whether we are here to see it rise or not. The world has a logical structure whether we are actively grasping its logical properties. Our minds do not create the fact that the sun rises every day or that the world contains a logical order such as the law of identity and non-contradiction. Perspectivism is ridiculous hogwash nonsense dilapidated garble from idealistic flakes that want to promote a mind/body split and believe we are just incarnations from the mind of god. Of course, people have different perspectives on issues and stuff, like opinions and theory etc. but that does not negate the existence of facts and the capacity for us to type NPA types by complexion and certain behaviors.
