Re: T score in Borderline diagnosis
In the French series of subjects reporting "borderline personality", 6 out of 100 consecutive tests had T scores in excess of 60, with the highest value being 74. Of those 6 subjects, one (female, age 21-30) had a comment: "Yes, and it is rather accurate".
As to the effect of substance abuse, we have no series of subjects who have taken the NPA test on and off addictive drugs.
Note that the online test-takers are a uncontrolled group of subjects, and we have no information on how the diagnoses were obtained.
