Junk yards which is as the farthest end of the sea wall where it turns into a dirt parking lot. Look for swells in the 2-3 foot range and you'll find a lot of Parents teaching their kids. Monitor the tides on http://www.surf-forecast.com/breaks/Sunabe-Seawall/tides/latest
Show up between 2 hours prior to High tide. I recommend buying some decent quality fsc bootees so you'll give your feet a chance to harden up a little. Google surf etiquette, so you dont get your car keyed and dont block the entry point with your Car. Good Luck!
