From the review:
"What started out as a photographer point-of-view murder tale not dissimilar to Blow-Up (Michelangelo Antonioni, 1966), mutates into something far more ambiguous and grotesque. The plot becomes tastefully multithreaded. Reality, dream, hallucination and allegory fuse into one, as Miles descends into apparent paranoia. The developments become increasingly bizarre, without ever lapsing into cliches and banality (a remarkably difficult achievement given the well-worn film topic and the chosen location). That’s when Rain Catcher lands firmly on Lynchian territory (and refuses to budge). The final resolution of this 110-minute film is delicious strange--much like the rest of the film."
Release to US theaters anticipated by the end of the summer..
