Dan, I think you are likely on to something...the restored version of DETOUR runs at least a minute longer than the standard runtime listed for the version that was previously available.

I have a lot of film materials packed away for an impending move, but I'll mention it to several folks (including ChiBob, who still lurks here periodically) and we will see if we can get something more specific on this...
