While reviewer William Schwartz takes issue with the use of detective Ricky Tellez as the hook for the related events of the Sleepy Lagoon Murders and the Zoot Suit Riots (in LA during WWII), he does indicate that there is something compelling in this comic book compilation.

I suggest that it deserves a review in the NC e-zine, but I'm not convinced that it will happen...
