I know exactly what you mean about watching multiple films in a day, especially when age catches up on you. It can be tough. That said, the most rewarding day I ever spent at Noir City was in 2014 - French noir day - when three great ones were screened in the afternoon (Pepe Le Moko, Quai Des Orfevres and the legendary Une Si Jolie Petite Plage),then a 90 minute break. Just long enough to grab a burrito down the street and walk some of it off. They were followed by the mediocre Two Men In Manhattan and closing the day with the classic crime film, Rififi. Noir City has never duplicated that day.
